  • SMASH IT! Live will be hosted at the luxurious Apex Hotel in the beautiful city of Bath. This elegant venue is perfectly equipped to provide an exceptional experience for all attendees.

  • The Apex Hotel is conveniently located within a short walk of several parking facilities in the City Center.

    Additionally, it is just a ten-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station, making it easily accessible whether you're arriving by car, train, or bus.

    Parking can be found at the following locations, all within a short walk of the venue:

    Southgate Car Park, 876 spaces, BA1 1AQ

    Charlotte Street Car Park, 1,056 spaces, BA1 2NE

    Avon Street Car Park, 140 spaces, BA1 1UF

    There are several other car parks within the city centre, both long and short-stay parking, as well as on-street parking in certain areas.

    There are also charging points for electric vehicles available at Charlotte Street Car Park in the city centre, and at the Park & Ride sites.

    Park & Ride

    Bath has three Park & Ride services, which operate seven days a week. Buses run into the city centre from all three Park & Ride sites at least every 15 minutes, with a journey time of 10 minutes. All buses are fully accessible for wheelchair users and pushchairs.

    Travelling by Train

    You can pay upfront or opt to pay in interest-free instalments using Klarna.

  • Registration begins at 8:30 AM. We recommend using the conference entrance to the Apex Hotel, located to the left side of the hotel. You can also use the main entrance and reception will be able to direct you.

    When you arrive at the venue, you'll discover dedicated registration counters.

    Please have your registration email handy for a smooth check-in process. Our team will be available to lend assistance and address any enquiries you may have.

  • SMASH IT! Live will be held on Thursday the 16th of January.

    Registration will be open from 8:30am with tea and coffee served in the atrium. We'll aim to kick off at 9:30am.

    Expect the day to be wrapped up by 4:30pm.

  • Yes! Here's what each ticket type includes:

    Golden Ticket & VIP Ticket: Complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day, and a complimentary lunch.

    Standard Ticket: Refreshments are not included to keep costs low. However, there are numerous food and drink providers just a short walk from the venue.

  • Come in whatever you feel comfortable wearing for a day of learning!

  • The accessible and step-free entrance is located to the left side of the building. Please fill out this form with any accessibility requirements you have at least a week before the event. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact hello@alisonedgar.com.
